i cannot say i was really yelled at today but he used all caps and more than one exclamation point at the end of his statement. and i was thinking, was he getting emotional?and so my solution for misunderstood text commnuications is that i could run a parser that correctly lowers the case and puts proper punctuation and changes more than one exclamation point to a single full stop (.) also the ellipses people use ... to ta single full stop. and if it is more than three ellipses then you know well dang sure it only needs to be one to not denote any emotion. then that way i can read people's text communications right.basically I had a question and his response was>read the SOP.but it was in all caps and about, let me count, about ten, exclamation points.good thing i do not get hurt fee-fees easily
