'Sup, rangy? Ever had rang sushi rolls? You take an unbreaded rang or two, cut 'em into strips, wrap 'em in rice and nori with whatever else you like with your sushi (I ain't judgin'), cut your roll into pieces, dip the pieces into your favorite batter and fry 'em. Try 'em with some soy sauce, spicy mayo... Heck, dip 'em in traditional rang sauces like zesty or BBQ. YORSO (you only rang so often), am I right? General rang recipe thread, I guess.
