Dudes who get circumcised later in life often times do it because they have phimosis. Basically the foreskin is too tight and doesn't pull back around the head.It gives them a fucked up baseline of what a uncut dick feels like, because they've never actually felt what an it actually feels like. I had to get circumcised at 25 as i had really bad phimosis (foreskin dried gradually then practically shut. No retraction whatsoever). Always had phimosis but it was still perfectly normal.
