>>953017594I always make a ton of curry in the summer months. It is the only time of year I can get fresh ghost peppers. I must eat my fill of it and more because I will not have it again until the following summer. The curry is a Japanese style curry. Dark brown, lots of flavor, hand made roux from a recipe I developed, beef seared in soy sauce, potatoes, carrots, and simmered for hours with a ton of fresh ghost peppers served over steamed white rice. It'll cure what ails ya, put hair on your chest, and it's got what plants crave.
