Mavvy, the guy who did the e"xperiment" didn't actually prove anything. It was one guy (a tech billionaire, not a scientist) who did multiple things at the same time to attempt to reduce microplastics in his body, he tested his own semen, reported his own results, did not include anybody else and had no control variables. It is extremely shoddy science at best, but more likely he is attempting to sell some sort of lifestyle like all the other tech billionaires talking about this kind of stuff.
