It feels like life never gets better lads. I am separated from my peers completely. I don't fit in at all. I'm in my late 20s and have no degree and stick out like hell in college. I work the night shift and it's a fucking lonely as hell job. I work as a palletizer at Amazon. Most of my peers are happily married with kids.
>>953963009ok anon. Late 20's its your time to make some of this shit happen. you want friends? join a book club or some gay shit. It can be a circle jerk for all i care but YOU are the only person who can take actionable steps to make sure your own needs are met.
>>953963419Well I did join a political activist org. So far, it's mostly been people who are a bit busy to do much. Though, I do like having a purpose to go outside and do shit.
>>953963009It doesn't. I'm 30 and have less than a years worth of work experience. I went to University at 22, graduated at 26, and have been unable to find a job in my field (computer science) since then, although honestly I basically gave up over the past year and haven't tried to find anything. Never had a girlfriend either. My dog died a few months ago and he was the only love and light I had in my life really. Now I just feel completely empty. It's an odd feeling. I don't know the path forward. I don't know how to create a path forward. I'm basically a decade behind my peers and don't know what to do. If it wasn't for my mom I'd probably have killed myself after my dog died, but that would kill her too if I did that.
>>953963919Hahahaha that's why you feel depressed. I don't really have any friends and I've never felt sad. Quit your gay political organisation. Learn some history so you stop being a socialist retard loser. Join a gym. Get jacked. Show off your calisthenics skills in front of girls. Get a gf.What degree are you studying? I dropped out twice and became an animator in the gambling industry. If I couldn't find a job, I'd probably become a police officer, miner, or do some construction job.I just turned 28. I'm not married with kids, that's unusual in my city/country. Houses in America are really cheap so I guess it's more common to marry younger in America. I live at home, and so does my gf. We're saving up to buy an apartment in cash.If you want lots of job opportunities, a matgs degree is probably best. Lots of maths people in the gambling industry, but you could also be a data analyst, actuary, or some boring job like that.
>>953963009Shut the fuck up you little pussy
>>953964326>stop being a socialist retard loserWho said anything about socialism?
>>953963009>stick out like hell in collegebut you're IN college? At least you know you've got some changes coming on the horizon, then. Eventually, you won't have both work and school to worry about at the same time and life will open up. This is probably the most demanding, most stressful your life will be until you have kids. Once you get through this, knowing how it felt and that it didn't stop you will give you more context for you what can handle in the future. Good luck, anon.
