Id imagine those with irreconsilable personality issues the execution would likely, usuaslly,be done like so: scruff the offending fluffy, carry or drag it to a dedicated room away from the others, maybe a cleaning closet or repurposed shower stall. Place the animals head on a bucket of sand, a clearing bucket of sorts, place the muzzle to the beasts head and pull the trigger. Then allow it to twitch, shit, and bleed until still, rinse the area down and remove the body. This could be done in either urban or rural environments with minimal distress to the herd.
