Important player in the specific field, globally. The owner still is the grand-grand son from the founding father, but the working climate isn't really the family thing. The CEO has a super hot assistant, she walks around the facility and is nice to the workers, talks to them, greets them. There are extra goodies, like free candy in the cafeteria, if you're on time every day and don't get sick for some months, you'll get a bonus. Fast forward, being 2 years emolyed, the CEO changes. A "always hard working", "get up at 4am" farmer's son. Wondering how he got in this position. Holds meetings with the whole company almost every friday. Tells us stories about his wife. Tells us how the field this company stands for has a very serious crisis. Now every paycheck comes with a newsletter on how the industry is doing. Free candy got removed from the cafeteria. Extra pays for being on time every day got cancelled. Has the same hot assistant to his side. Family business that can run at least "some" years without making huge profits. This new CEO, dude, like, not seeing the truth, or just a bad liar?
