Sauna culture is huge, we have like 1:2 ratio of saunas and people. And practically everyone goes to sauna naked. I've literally seen like +90% of my friends naked, and practically everyone in my family. There's not even really much of a gender segregation to saunas outside of places like indoor swimming pools, and that's mostly because the dressing rooms are separate and the saunas are located in them. To us, nakedness isn't really sexual in of itself. It's the context that matters. There's no gender in sauna. There's a saying that in sauna, there are no men or women, only people.This is a cultural thing that somewhat also stems from the fact that the Finnish language isn't even gendered, we don't have pronouns such as "He" or "She", only the gender neutral "Hän" and the informal "Se" (literally "It"). And that's not to say that gender doesn't exist, or that nudity isn't sexual. It's just that most Finns understand that our bodies aren't inherently sexual in nature and showing them in the right context isn't a big deal or sexual, and it's completely normal for someone you know to have seen you naked. There's another saying, that you can't trust someone if you haven't seen them drunk or naked.(This is funny to me because I don't drink, I've never even been drunk.)
