Do not pay her ahead of time.
Get her naked and be very hands-on with positioning and posing her.
Clarify that she understands the deal.
If she pretends she believed it was just a "photo private session", state there must've been some misunderstanding, but since you haven't taken any photos you don't owe her any money, so she can get dressed and leave.
