It causes infection and leaves a scab and a scar. Because you're a tiny baby, any scar on your skin pretty much stays there, and stretches as you get bigger.
I don't know if babies can even use Compeed or anything like that to help the skin heal better. Shit, I don't think we had anything like that in Finland back then.
There were some alternative vaccines that non-cheap out countries used that were less likely to leave a scar.

The smallpox vaccine leaves a scar because it uses a unique method of administration that causes a localized, controlled infection in the skin.Healthcare providers do not simply inject the vaccine with a traditional fluid-filled syringe. Instead, they use a two-pronged (bifurcated) needle dipped into the vaccine and forcefully prick the skin multiple times in a small area. This technique triggers the body's immune response in several stages:The "Take": The live (but weakened) vaccinia virus causes a localized infection. Within 3 to 4 days, an itchy, red lesion forms, signaling that the vaccine is working (this reaction is called a "take").Blister and Scab: Over the first and second weeks, the lesion evolves into a pus-filled blister, which eventually dries out, drains, and forms a thick scab.Healing: During the third week, the scab falls off, and the localized damage to the skin layers leaves behind a permanent, often indented, pockmark-like scar.Historically, doctors looked for the presence of this large, round scar because it was proof that the patient's immune system had successfully mounted the necessary defense against the virus. To learn more about the procedure, visit the CDC Smallpox Vaccine Guide.

I have scraped almost of the skin off of my shin before, received 2 inch deep lacerations, nearly cut my finger off and I have no scar resembling anything that bad. Pure golem retard answer. Can a conspiracy chad enlighten us why the (smallpox?) vax causes you to grow a little homonculus nucleus in your skin that never heals?

Boomers here have two.
I (gen-X) am in the narrow window that have one.
The difference between a vaccine and what-ever-the-fuck the clot shot was, is that a vaccine works, but often need one booster to make it permanent (I guess the clot-shot-merchants used this fact to sell a second useledss vial of fuckup)
My "year" got the first shot, but never the booster as the disease was declared eradicated by then.

Smallpox was vaccinated with a bifurcated needle that was poked into the skin 15 times. Then a small lesion would form and scab over, and leave a scar when the scab fell off.

Animals can now be branded using freeze branding, which uses dry ice in ethanol. This is considered less distressing to the animal. This horse has been freeze branded and its mark is coded in the alpha angle system, which retains legibility better than Arabic numerals. Freeze branding can be done on all sorts of animals, including wild ones that need to be tracked for wildlife management purposes.
From Wikipedia:
>Livestock response to freeze branding is often so muted that ranchers report one leg restraint as being more than enough. Horse freeze branding is often accomplished with no more restraint than a twitch. This is a very different scenario from hot branding, where animals are often tied by all four legs to the bars of their squeeze chute to prevent the flight response from causing a misbrand.

Why are vax manufacturers protected from lawsuits?
Why are vax manufacturers so afraid of double blind studies?
>>
Being this poor never felt this good. Next we're gonna be moon kangs n sheit. Why is there no evidence to support the theory that bastards raised by single mothers have a higher unemployment rate? This site sucks shit through a straw, can't even upload a 5mb pic.
>>
>>24417651
They're protected from lawsuits for things that were unavoidable but they can be sued for things like withholding information or manufacturing defects caused by not preparing vaccines that are up to standards.

Double blind studies have been used in the past but other forms of studies provide equally good results without the same ethical issues.
>>
>>24416055
exactly.
the BCG was so virulent that it actually "ate" the tissue where it was inoculated.
for God sake i cryed my ass over it, and beged my parents to not take it.

Ah for people who are not in health area, BCG vax, was a vaccine of "attenuated" bacteria that caused tuberculosis.

so safe and effective to make your kids weak for whole life!

>ethical issues

Ah yes, the ethical issues which forced the clotshot manufacturers to stop collecting data that made their shot look unsafe.
>Vaccines save lives(even though our new clotshot is untested, and we don't know if it works)! Who are we to deny our placebo group access to our life-saving vacine??? Let's give them all vaccines. And also destroy our records on the placebo vs vaccine study so far, because......um.......trust the Scienceā„¢.

Have you taken your (((updated))) polio vaccine yet?
https://web.archive.org/web/20220703211846/https://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/2022/06/22/polio-back-national-incident-declared-uk-disease-spreads-first/
Polio vaccines have been losing customers thanks to the virus being eradicated, and Big Pharma needed a scare to push more sales of their obselete vaccines, so they slapped a new label on it and declared an outbreak in the UK, even though zero cases had happened.
>>
>>24422678
I haven't. If you cunts give me polio, I will personally oversee the construction of the containment dome before it cripples me.
The things that would just go away if people could stop screaming "FUCK SCIENCE!" and coughing into each other's mouths to try and fail to prove a point.
>disclaimer: yes, a large part of big pharma is greed, and if the benefits outweigh the deaths by a certain margin, no matter how thin, they'll send that poisoned pig to market. The flip side of that coin led to both polio and measles surviving in unvaccinated populations long enough to outlive the usefulness of the existing vaccines.
>>
>>24422686
>>24422678
Sorry, I worded that last point poorly.
>The flip side of that coin led to vaccines not being sent to some places like Afghanistan at all, and only being made available in parts of Africa and South America with a ridiculous markup. An ounce of foresight could have saved a few million pounds of what now looks like planned obsolescence - further decreasing the trust in pharmacology and pathology.
