never happens to me cus nobody even use dis ips. yeh got a bunch of residential ips an i think nobody neva even scrolls down to dis country to use dis shit.
found out bout dis country a couple years back an since den i get de abuse warning like three or four times den it was cos i was doin some retarde shit switchin between ips on da same browser or sum shit.
