Some people are just fucking cold all the time for some reason. I had a co-worker who had to have a space heater on at her desk pretty much 24/7 except in the middle of the summer. In conversation with her one time I learned that she does, in fact, literally keep her house at 80 degree all the time. I can't imagine working with an entire office of people like that, I would probably find another job.
