Did you manage to get out of BOCA, leverage leaf? Just checked in on them and the stock has been halted for two weeks now. Their working capital is negative more than $600k and they seem to have paid $250k last quarter to extend an option to acquire some property. On CEO they seem pretty upbeat about the halt, but I'm guessing they have been trying to raise money and it's not going so well. They don't have any assets so they could very well be declaring bankruptcy, what a shock that would be to the ceo board. Read on there that a dude on reddit had all his money in the stock - $150k.
