hmm

i guess it's not much use if i don't time it properly and measure the amount of water i'm using, but for this it took around 10 to 15 minutes
so yeah i guess i shouldn't be waiting 30 minutes to an hour for the water to boil xd

its just steamed cauliflower cheese and pesto as the base, and i just put it in a big bowl while its hot and mash it all together with a wooden spatula

how much weight are u losing per week?
I keep randomly fluctuating between losing a kilo or slightly more in a week and not losing anything for 3-4 weeks is annoying.
I'm not counting calories tho so its bound to be inconsistent.
I figured doing it through purely just tryna build healthy habits is the most sustainable way to lose weight long term.

i dont have much in the way of weight to lose, just trying to get my center abs definition back (the nice lines) by being at a really low caloric intake and lots of exercise

VERY MUCH thats really the biggest trick because lots just go back to the way they were eating and just regain everything
