Imagine the gold projects that make economic sense in a $20k gold world, even with say 60% inflation in the next 10 years. 0.5 g/t will be high grade for big operations.

Shipping the stuff all the way to Utah for processing is insanely inefficient, as is their batch processing approach. By the time they're up and running the market will be flooded with cheaper rare earths without all the weird baggage of trying to justify operating a mill with no mines in the middle of nowhere desert.
