for years I've struggled with chronic fatigue somewhat I have been a vegetarian and eaten really healthy for years but i have finally found food that makes me feel a lot better
i don't want to say which store but i just started shopping at an american store and fuck i just realized how shitty and weird and innutritious most canadian food really is
but im not eating health food specifically and thats what i find weird ive just been listening to my body a lot and eating whats right and paying attention to other factors like paying attention to packaging was one thing i realized
thats why ive been living off fast food for a while because regular food i bought at canadian stores just did shit all to me i couldnt figure out it just didnt do anything for me like i literally have some health food here and it does nothing for me
i realized that i think the food i am eating is designed for me or is a lot more compatible with me for some reason whatever that means but theres a huge trade off you can eat health food and you might live longer but you wont have as much energy or feel as good or you can eat food that might have "additives" or cholesterol and you'll feel better and enjoy the food more but you might not live as long
