Every time there's a video or post regarding someone being charged or convicted of a crime, there's always someone in the comments talking about bubba or dropping the soap. Why? Why are Americans obsessed with the idea of someone going to jail and being raped by African-American males? Not even convicted sometimes, just alleged. Can someone explain this to me?

There is more of a joke culture about rape than rape actually happens apparently.However, American prisons seem to be more open to rape whereas other countries hate rapists. I think it's due to the American psyche and the whole being the biggest man in the place thing.
