Actually, the first few months some people were banned for calling out Morbius/Foster. However, ever since then, the only people that were banned were people were sexually harassing the twins for the most part. At least as far as I've seen. That kind of thing should be banned. Then of course Volkish was banned for harassment of other fans after his return. The most recent Volkish ban was mosrly due to chat spamming "ban volk". Bingo seemed like she was ready to do it herself anyway and just needed one extra little reason. Just a little push and she was so ready to hit that button. The earlier starting time is a good development, at least for me. I hope it means they’re trying to get a handle on some of their longstanding schedule issues and aren’t just being impulsive.
the doodles they do on streams would be the limit of the twins' artistic output if they let their audience dictate how they pursued their creative ambitions. the stream equivalent of that has been happening by letting their audience dictate the course of their streams. it would benefit the streams immeasurably if the twins were able to think a little more abstractly and with a little more ambition about their audience, the way they're still able to do as far as their art and stories are concerned. appealing only to the audience they've got is just chasing diminishing returns.
bongo getting irate about chat treating her like a child and then minutes later getting into an argument with bingo about whose fictional character was more powerful was peak twins. the art segment was the highlight of yesterday's stream, as it is of every stream.

I concur with this to some degree. Reading these threads has definitely made me more conscious of what I say, or how much I say in chat, to try to prevent derailing the stream. Its a fine balance between trying to interact and keeping them on course. If they have trouble pandering to an audience of 150 imagine if they had an audience of 1500.

Also, they both said since Fishtank that they wanted to use the money to get a car. I don't know that she has a love interest, but if she does, good for her. One thing to consider about them having separate rooms is that bongo can now goon all she wants in private. Not saying she does, but that is one of the perks of having your own room. It must be freeing for her to have more privacy after having to share a room for so long.

everyone's moved on from fishtank of course (the twins as much as anyone) but the crux of the twins' appeal is still the relationship they have with each other. it's no accident that the best parts of the streams are always what involve their shared experiences, their art projects and so forth, and never the interaction they have with others. no one in chat is ever going to be able to substitute their own shared experiences with the twins with the shared experiences they have with each other, all that does is drag the streams down and force phoniness upon the two. behind every chat message, every emote, every post on the hashtag and every 'relationship' made under the guise of being a twins fans, there's a usurping tendency at work that seeks to bring the scope of the twins' experience down to something common and digestible to the unimaginative mind. this has always been my issue with chat.
