absolutely i was already thinking about it last week because if you look at the chart the past month it's basically been straight up
yeah it's been trading at a -40% NAV discount but there will still be a chance to buy back cheaper

i think it's clear that corps holding shares of another companies will always be at a discount because people can just buy the public shares directly themnselves and sp dont necesarilly value everything they hold 1:1
40% NAV discount is still kinda crazy but i doubt they're closing the discount overnight or even a year until they generate cash consistently themselves to buy back the shares (like with their westhaven collaborative project)

will keep an eye out to buy back in when people are rotating back to ai again

I've been thinking... what if max pain for everyone is actually gold and silver higher for longer here? Shorts are salivating for another plunge or are desperate to close their positions, and longs are holding back dry powder to buy the dip.

We could see a move up to get everyone off side first. So a climb to $4850-$4900 gold, with silver doing a big catch up move to $80 per ounce, and it could happen fast like over the first two weeks of September.

Then we get a bigger correction after FOMC and September 18th OpEx that lasts into October, correlated with a broader market sell off.

on paper it should be but it's plagued by corporate headaches relating to their neighbor Seabridge and their KSM project. They have some disagreements about where proposed access tunnels can go. Also the local Indian tribes seem to have issues with Seabridge's project or something. These likely won't become mines during this cycle in my opinion. But when (if?) they do they should turn out to be really stupidly large mining operations that should be ideally consolidated under one operator. There are lower hanging, less capital intensive fruit that the majors are probably more interested in.
