About DIY, since buying a cheap 3D printer 2 years ago I've been designing and printing hundreds of replacement plastic parts, for almost anything, for myself and friends. It's truly a marvelous invention.

Our latest neighbor who was kinda recent before my parents sold it off installed a network card for me after it fried from lightning. Ppl are nice I think, in general or maybe we were just lucky. That was many years ago now tho, the world's definetely gotten more shitty since then overall. But I have to say we never had a noise problem with our neighbor and now that I live in an apartment it's an absolute fucking nightmare a lot of the times, like probably 20-40% of the time it's either stomping/noise and shit, I'm almost considering moving out to the woods
