would the plain white shirts, jeans, sneakers, and caesar cut combo be banned if there was to be a movement where everybody deliberately decides to look like that in mass which allows a smaller part to commit crimes so that each individual committing a crime can't be properly identified as they very quickly blend in with everyone else? how would the law be written?
