God prophecies to Ezekiel about him going to judge the idolatrous Jerusalem.thats the whole thing about Ezekiel. the people left in Jerusalem by Babylon thought God was punishing those that went into exile but they were exempt from the wrath of God.God tells Ezekiel that its the other way around, that he will judge the remnant that is in Jerusalem and eventually the destruction of the Temple by Babylon.
