I heard the "confidence" thing a lot, and I held that against myself for a long time, but then I realized that what goes for confidence is really just some type of weird thing all together, almost they are condoning being an asshole. Becoming confident enough can stand for multiple things and is a vast simplification. It's a long and arduous journey to become confident in knowing yourself enough and trusting your intuition.

I read this story once about Gene Simmons, of the rock band Kiss. He's old as shit now but back when he was in his prime in the 70s and 80s he fucked hundreds of women and kissed thousands of them, with his unusually large tongue. After all was said and done, when he got older and settled down more, he was reminiscing on how stupidly easy it all was, including on women with boyfriends and husbands, and how that sort of messed up his view on women because he found out first hand this way that women have absolutely no concept of loyalty.
It seems that women are most into rich affluent men (access to resources), look like chad, act like chad and act like a fucking bastard even. Most other men are just broke betacucks to them, also they consider like 80% of men to be dogshit ugly. (Google: "how women rate men").
Also realize that what Simmons describes was 50 fucking years ago, and women were already like that. Half a century of hoeflation has passed since and now every 2/10 tattooed up landwhale thinks she's entitled to rock star tier gigachads and will shit on most men if they even glance at her.
Regarding the OP pic, none of that really matters. Women are only truly interested in the top 5% of men. Only later when the wall hits them and chads don't want them anymore they start considering settling down with some wagecuck who will pay her bills.
