These good people should just shovel all opportunities to these kind of people while just focusing to other productivity like entertainment and no research and development force these people to think straight, and system not even declaring such things even with evidence they should be more leniency to other peoples doing except to some threshold like cheating in university except to critical courses like IT, health probably at Business courses can cheat their just follow the system and guides then connection after graduating use nepotism until other sectors deteriorate.
