The most intelligent people in first-world countries should have their basic needs (housing, food, electricity, etc.) subsidized. The smartest people in the developed world shouldn't have to work the same shitty jobs as 100 IQ Bobby and 90 IQ Ricky, I think that if their needs are covered they're going to be able to focus better on advancing human knowledge and bringing humanity forward.Just a thought.
