Viktor Bout, now that was a gun runner and perhaps the real lesson learned was he wasn't an expert of weapons, he was an expert at logistics, negotiation, languages and arbitrage. He was a pilot with a fleet of planes and a dozen companies. He sold or transported everything; food, medicine, guns, people, whatever to where ever it had higher value or was willing to pay. He had contracts with the DOD supplying the US military in GWOT and he got arrested trying to sell SAMs to FARC really undercover DEA that claimed to want to target US forces in Columbia. These jews got lucky once then went full retards. Bout was moving weapons and anything that had value on nearly every continent and most notable conflict of the 90s and early 2000s. These guys were rats, my man was a wolf.
