Why are Americans so poor? An American house goes for $80,000, and het they own about 20 oz of silver. An Australian starter home goes for $4 million, yet we typically own 500-1000 oz. What are you guys doing?

10 silver Buffalo nickels?

…uh…anon…
>>
>>62270462
I just don’t understand. My Australian salary is 100k. The same job in America pays 250k. I currently have a networth of over 200k, mostly in metals, no debt, and yet every American I meet has a networth of -150k? They go into debt to buy burritos. Literally my American was shocked when I just bought a phone without debt. She goes on a payment plan to buy a new phone everyone. She said she’s never met anyone who just bought a phone with cash. I swear, they’re loving life on easy mode, but they’re somehow struggling
>>

>An American house goes for $80,000
true, 30 years ago
>>
>>62270481
How much do they cost now? I see houses in Florida for $80,000. These are cities where I can work and make tons of money if America wasn’t so strict on immigration.

A starter home in my city is $3-4 million, and it would be tiny and built using asbestos.

I’m pretty sure the America national average is still a tiny $300k for a HOUSE. A studio apartment here would start at $600k. Living life on easy mode and you still have a small silver collection
>>
>>62270473
if you want a better comparison you need to understand your dollar is not equal to our dollar. Your $100k salary if that's ozbucks wouldn't be enough to live on here, and your savings-while impressive- are not unusual for people your age in the US
>>
>>62270484
we're allowed to sell people unlivable houses here

you'll see a lot of those in the below-$400k range
>>
>>62270489
>unlivable houses
>a lot of those in the below-$400k range
bitch my house cost $35k

>>
>>62270434
>Why are Americans so poor?

The ones here are poor because they bought silver.....lmao they bought a rock!
>>
>>62270485
Ok so zoomers in the US have 15 oz of gold, 500 oz of silver, and 25 oz of platinum?

In that case, why do you guys post such tiny metal collections?

And again, my salary is tiny compared to the typical American salary, how are most of you poorer than me? You should be destroying me. Why do you use debt to buy everything? Why do you complain about paying for healthcare? I’ve paid for 3 surgeries in private healthcare, each one cost me 2 gold coins, and it didn’t bankrupt me
>>
>>62270502
lol appalachia

>nice quiet neighborhood
a bit TOO quiet if you know what I mean

but yeah, you can get houses in places with no jobs where nobody wants to live for relatively cheap still.

in other states most of those places would be condemned and bulldozed
>>
>>62270504
>And again, my salary is tiny compared to the typical American salary,
it's much higher than the median.

and it's not enough to live on

these things are not mutually exclusive.
>>
>>62270506
So how much are houses?
>>
>>62270508
My gf makes $112 AUD. Combined, is that enough to live on? She owns more gold and silver than me
>>
>>62270510
where?

We have a country the same size as yours with more than 11 times more people. Prices are not the same everywhere. That's weird and only happens where you live because 99% of your country is uninhabitable
>>
>>62270519
$112k*
>>
>>62270519
It's not enough to buy a house in most of the US by population density.

it's probably enough to rent a very small place.
>>
>>62270520
Wherever you’re talking about. National averages for America are around $300k. Do you have some estimates for cities you want to live in?

There’s lots of jobs for me in Ft. Lauderdale and Tampa, and those houses are very cheap.
>>
>>62270523
So if my gf and I have $500k AUD saved and we both make over $100k AUD, we can’t afford a place in Orlando, Austin, Tampa, or Ft. Lauderdale? I’m looking at houses online right now, we can literally buy multiple houses in cash
>>

>>
>>62270529
why would you want to live in any of those literal hell holes?
>>
>>62270529
You can definitely afford a house in the shitholes of America. Whether those houses are condemned or uninsurable I wouldn't know. But if they're below $400k I would guess they need either a ton of work or completely knocked down.

I bought my silver over 5 years ago. Sold some this year when it was over $80. When it dropped down to $70 I bought an ounce of vintage silver from the 70's. I do not know if the price will go up again or stabilize here around $75. It's a game of waiting for that spot premium to go down before the overall price drops for me. I am holding out on the rest of my silver to screw over Comex. Kept a 10 oz silver bar just for selling when it mooned right away. Because keeping just cash in savings account doesn't mean squat when there is rapid inflation. I own mining stocks too. So I made some money off of that as well. Either come out clean Comex or make me more money buying metals straight from the mines.

You sound retarded.
>>
>>62270504
I do not even own a full 1 oz. of gold and I am a Millennial. This includes the total weight of jewelry and fraction bullion. Betting more on silver turned out to be better. Silver tripled and gold only doubled. I only would have 500 oz today if I knew about Comex 20 years ago. Platinum I never bothered with. I almost did buy an ounce but it would have cut into buying silver. Which was the the prize. And unfortunately I do have to keep a rainy day fund/deflation hedge in the bank. Can't keep everything in stocks and precious metals.

It is mostly rich people and old fags who spent decades stacking that amount. If I see someone with a 1/2 oz. and three 1/10 oz. gold with a stack of 35 oz silver they collected over the years I'd say they did very well for someone who is 30 given how hard it is for anyone after Boomers to acquire wealth.
>>
>>62271562
I intend to live another 40 years. I own just enough right now to bet against inflation plus stock market crash at a bad time. I made a profit and used most of it to pay for some dental work. The rest went my savings account which I would have had to money out of. I then later used some of that to buy a rare vintage 1 oz when the price dipped way down. I COULD sell all of it but I wont. I understand economic warfare elites are doing to plebs. All we have to do is get enough people to own a several ounces of silver and hold because it is an Achilles heel. I got my dentist interested in PMs by the way. I think he could potentially buy way more than I can once the price stabilizes or goes down. It is the high spot premium with the overall current price of silver that is keeping me from slowly staking more and possibly my dentist from getting more than the measly amount he got started on. (Yeah I did give him a fair warning it could go down because I like him and am not a lying psychopath.)

It is still fuck you that's why money that he can afford. If it stays flat at around $75 dollars for years then he did well. If 2011 is anything to go by, silver will moon again in 10-15 years. Maybe less than that.

>Normies do not understand how this is all a part of economic warfare.
"Financializaton"
The first lie is what money is not. How can one "follow the money" when they are decieved to believe it's a cumulative collective decreed will?
Helplessly and hopelessly decieved by false prophets (((profits))) the meme that says, always do the opposite of what jews say is so succinct in its language but first one must understand a jew in this context is a child of lies, manufacturing currencies and "calling" them money or monetary when in truth and fact they're simply not.
The simplest formula is:
God created = money
Man made = currency
Understanding that what is real is true and what is true is also real is a submission to your creator and an awakening from that "normieisim"
All "isims" are "collective" in nature, herds, tribes, flocks, ect. One is what they are not because they chose it but because they are it, then they choose to accept it. But the jew in this context says Oh no! YCBAW cut off your cock! We'll fight for your right to be a woman without a womb!
The vipers den is found in the very first deception that the serpent whispers to eve, "you will be like God" if you disobey, if you follow your imagination in rebellion to truth. How else could she see that the fruit was good to make one wise or good for the flesh or pleasurable while her eyes were still closed?
Normies are just closed eyes because Father hasn't birthed them in revelation yet. So remember, once you too were blind fren.

>May God hear you brother.
God hears and sees all, knowing all, and in our frailty and temporarily bears all in spite of it and us. I think therfore I am? How about, God is therfore I think?
Regardless of our prayers or actions of attrition, our intentions, or our motivations, the blood was spilled our for us, and there's nothing that's going to change this victory. In this realm, there's only the choice to accept it, or continue seeking another way.
As Job so eloquently says it prominently thousands of years before the manifestation of the redemptive work "I know my redeemer lives and shall walk upon the face of the earth." And it was from this moment when the trial and the temptation ended for Job.
Of course, God hears us all fren, but do we confess his victory?

Guess nobody cares, but here we're expecting the worst, and not only about the premium...

I just don't want to be the victim of the Fiat Fallout.
It is not possible for you to pay taxes and lend money to the government and for them to spend it fighting wars and then turn around and repay you 5% interest. Our government would collapse in a depression if we so much as tried to cut spending so we could repay even $1 of the national debt. Because the system can not pay its debts, it means those debts will be defaulted on. So when you pay taxes and pay for insurance benefits (insurance invests in bonds), you are giving up real value/purchasing power in the present. At some point in the future, the insolvency will no longer be able to be hidden because the government will not be able to dispense that value back to those who are lending it. Devaluation of the dollar, inflation, higher taxes are all baked in the cake because the system is a ponzi scheme. The exponential nature of interest is creating untenable monetary conditions for the banks and government whose only path forward will be some sort of default. The masses will try to "cash in" their credit (IOU) assets and desperately seek to buy capital goods. This is where this is all headed, hyperinflation. Because even the offsetting balance of deflation will create a cascade of defaults that will blow out the banks. Banks will save themselves on the back of revaluing gold to stay capitalized. What happens to you and your family is your problem.

Question, I got a 1 Oz+1/10 Oz gold Krügerrand in 2004 (and later more+other stuff). Now I noticed a few months ago that in the PVC holder/sleve (no pocket) [See pic. related silver coins example, not my pic.but same PCV sleve], must be the original one, a green patina has formed afte +/- 20 years, coins are from 1975 or like that. Patine falls of if touched by finger with soft pressure. So I guess after 50/20 years it is normal because the copper part in it. Other Krugs not got the patina, some are too 1975 and on. Interessting. I not removed it yet and plan let it be.

>That is where the money was going to really be.
Was?
The eagle in this image is building by saving and nesting. The iconography is inspirational and reminiscent of where we are and what matters most. The nest is the home, the other eagle is the partnership, in the nest is the refuge for the expectation of new life the work of building through gathering of what's to come is encouraging as it all serves the cycle of life and death and the beauty of creation.
I want to say it is not was, because building and producing and saving, in hope, is constantly before everyone, even with the inevitable death that awaits every living thing.
The pitiful lie that the only gauretees in life are death and taxes ignore the fact that this isn't life at all, because the only gauretee in life is to change, that is "if" your alive, the proofs are in the fruits not the talents

Inflation numbers are notoriously spoofed to exclude relevant factors such as food and energy. The problem you always conspicuously ignore is debt (IOU) being used as a store of value instead of savings (physical surplus value). Historical precedence has already shown us what happened. Even gold backed IOUs prove insufficient safety when the banks need to save themselves. You have to own the physical assets. 99% of all people in America have their wealth derived from some sort of credit:
1 - Income from financial assets
2 - Government job or contract
3 - Sales/jobs/taxes connected to $700BN trade deficit
4 - Bankrupt consumer spending financed by credit. (mortgages, car loans, medical industry, higher education)
It's all a pile of crap that falls apart very easily if not for one thing: The bond market.
This is why you buy the physical assets now while you still can, because there is not a chance in hell you can honor the supposed purchasing power sitting on the sidelines in financial assets. Once it moves into the real-world the banks blow up, insurance companies blow up, the federal government is insolvent, and Wallstreet gets liquidated abrupty. Banks don't actually care about the purchasing power of cash at all because their vaults are full of metal. They just print a bunch of cash and revalue it and they'll remain solvent. It won't do you or anyone else any favors.

>What happens to you and your family is your problem.
Past tense if one chooses not to act in their own best interests in the present. Choosing to act now to secure oneself in the future is selfishness to colectivizim, therefore a violation of colectivized identity and a sin against holiness or wholeness. However, where does this identity of wholeness in corporal existence originate? Is it not from the tower of Babylon? Or more succinctly Babylonian talmudic jewry? The consensus of the Captive wandering gypsy nomadic disporia? Why do crabs in the bucket always pull down their kin back into the bucket? Because misery loves company and just as Satan took 1/3 of the heavenly host and left their heavenly estate to become the crabs and "despire"
despair the opposite of inspiring "in-spirit" we see the continued demoralization and fears and doubts and confusion being sown as weeds without fruits today.
"Screw the tower, I'll gladly take your currency to help you build it to trade for the metal before we leave you to enjoy your bucket but I never believed the lie that your tower leads anywhere. "

At the end of the day, trading and investing is about maximizing value and the best bang-for-your-buck does ultimately come from timing and margins you can acquire the metal at. I too want to get more gold, but the GSR is screaming that silver is the correct play. If the GSR goes down to 10:1 and you bought at 60:1 then you end up with 6oz of gold for for the same money spent today. I hold it as an axiomatic truth backed up by history and mining ratio fundamentals that the GSR will collapse and actually steal a lot of purchasing power right out from under the banks. Banks can't corner this market without destroying the dollar so that leaves this window of opportunity open to the tax-cattle.

This is precisely what Americanism has become. A hollowed out Ponzi scheme that is now dependent on jew money managers controlling the capital inflows and outflows. They see the writing on the wall that we need to expand the econony and that we are not poised to continue growth because we are so far behind in the manufacturing sphere. They are betting it all on some sort of A.I. supremacy that is going to somehow get exported to help pay for imports to America.
There is no other word for it: The largest financial entity on the planet is openly admitting they are going to steal your money and invest it on your behalf because everything you already own today is a crock of shit.
You can't have a leveraged up consumer economy if your citizens have no purchasing power to buy products. Who props up the purchasing power of all kinds of tradesmen, landscapers, and other services? If you have no exchange value to pay a plumber then why is he going to do anything for you?

They hate it because it perfectly articulates the "cashing out" of the ponzi scheme. They need your resources to spend and want to manage the inflows & outflows of capital on a per-need basis. Only so many people can cash out and buy silver before the banks have to revalue gold.
Not a fan of ZOG? Stop giving it your money.

Yes, I got it as one of my first in 2004 1 Oz+1/4 Oz with the eagle family in the nest. Got this 22 karat too. Very nice coins. I like to old desing more (the one with the family/nest we talk about). The small Austrian Ducates 22k are also fine. I should have buy more after 2004, but slowed down and then 2009 something, but more and more around 2011 and on, steady. Now I buy by chance, resale, and depend how money is left as prices are near unobtainable for low/normal earners like me. I changed now to less work=more free time. Recreate the body from work.

That's true. But what I am getting at is almost all of the U.S. citizenry has nothing of exchange value if bank credit takes a dump. When you need real stuff and real labor, we're all going to find we don't have a way to pay for things.
It goes both ways. A wealthy McMansion owner won't have buyers if there are no solvent banks giving out loans for housing. Same goes for all kinds of services such as roofing or landscaping. If your customers have nothing to give you to pay for the gas and materials you need then a lot of trade is going to stop dead in its tracks.
We all take it for granted that these magical digits in our bank apps buy things. And they do... so long as the bond market remains solvent.

The apartment was built in the 1960s. It has baseboard heating and the bats crawl though the heating vents. The manager already filled the holes with thermal foam, but eventually the bats dig through and get in again. I can't barricade myself in any room because the baseboard runs through all 3 rooms and are all connected. I also can't open the windows because the screens don't open.

I just smack them with a bath towel, then carry them outside and release them in the parking lot. I usually just run to my mom and have her take care of it though.

I'd maybe look for a little 1/10 for the snake or splurge on the half:)
