Is it legal for a president to collab with a news outlet to pump & dump the stock market while insiders make bank on it?

Why are you brown?
>>
>>62272835
No but very tough to prove or prosecute
>>

You don't get to complain about this after Biden. Sorry. Thats just how it works.

I'm not brown, I'm Irish-American

why do white niggers assume everyone who went to college or grad school is brown or a chink? should have paid attention in class, dumbfuck.
>>
>>62272965
the irish people have done nothing for humanity, and neither will you. You are niggers compared to Russians. Afrikkkan niggers have accomplished more.
>>
do they teach all law students how to act in court, even if you don’t become the kind of lawyer who has to go to court?
>>
>>62273047
First year was very basic, we had one oral argument in our legal writing class and that was it. Other than that all classes were just like normal undergrad classes, just law related. There is optional stuff like a Mock Trial tournament every year but they don't make people do that.
>>
>>62272812
>AMA law related
How much upwards mobility do you think a law degree gives someone? I heard that the rich kids are setup by their parents with the chancery and all while the poor kids struggle to make mich out of their degree.

what will happen with chainlink on 6/6/26?
>>
>>62273152
Well I haven't graduated yet, but employment data for my school is really good. It all depends on where you go and how well you do it seems.
>>62273154
It will skyrocket from $9.44 to $9.45
>>
does it seem like most of your classmates are smart? I was at a high school reunion recently and spoke to a guy who loafed around doing menial work for like 15 years after college. then he took the lsat and got into Northwestern. he has a big time job now defending people in trouble with the SEC.
>>
>>62273171
Yeah, how many law students are just dumbfucks?

Junior lawyer is literally technician in legal system. Very far from management and get treated like disposable human trash

Should I become a lawyer? My college is paid for and I feel like it'll be easy with AI now

Nobody I'd call dumb but some came across as pretty lazy. Also AI use is absurd.
>>62273401
It's worth it as long as you don't go to a predatory school and don't drown in debt. What really matters is your LSAT and undergrad GPA. You can use this site to put in your undergrad GPA and see what different LSAT scores will get you into and how much in scholarships. It's mostly LSAT though that determines it, but there's a lot of free LSAT test prep stuff online and it is a very learnable test.

Are you going to be an actual trial attorney with balls or be a paper pushing cuck like most?

I can't make up my mind who's intelligence the general public overrates more between doctors and lawyers.

What was your LSAT score? What is your school’s rank? What was your GPA? Where are you interning this summer?

How big is your pp?

Ass for most of my life but as I’ve gotten older, tits
>>62275435
I honestly don’t know yet, it’s only been one year and I’m not even dead set on which area of the law I want to practice in.
>>62275484
>What was your LSAT score?
170
>What is your school’s rank?
Mid 20s
>What was your GPA?
In undergrad or 1L? In undergrad it was a 3.4 in an easy major, I just didn’t give a shit in college. In 1L it was a 3.5
>Where are you interning this summer?
I’m RAing with a professor and doing a one month internship with a local judge later in the summer.

>How big is your pp?
5.8 inches massive
>>
Do you ever consider yourself a second class profession compared to finance chads who value and trade and make money off the silly little financial obligation contracts lawyers write up?
>>
>>62275842
Again dude I just finished my first out of three years of law school, so I don’t know what the actual practice looks like at all.
>>
>>62275952
I'm just ribbing you buddy, a little white collar banter if you will
>>
>>62275816
>170 LSAT

Acceptable.

>Mid 20s Law School

Acceptable.

>3.5 1L GPA

Acceptable.

>I’m RAing with a professor and doing a one month internship with a local judge later in the summer.

It’s over. You are cooked. BIG oof. Thanks for playing.
>>
>>62277022
Why is it over? And why didn’t you address my penis size?
>>
>>62277039
If you are not interning at an AMLAW 50 firm your 1L summer then you literally need to kill yourself.
My posts are intended to satirize the rampant one-upsmanship in the legal profession. I don’t actually care about your genitalia you dumb retard. It is a metaphor.
Well don’t scare me like that anon. You freaked me out since some of the people in my class do have Big Law internships and it’s kinda tough not to feel jealous sometimes with how much they’re getting paid.
>>
>>62278084
Funposting aside, (You) should be (mildly) freaked out because spending your 1L summer split between volunteering for a professor and a one (1) month stint with a (non-federal) jjudge is concerning. Especially if the stats (You) quoted me earlier are true.

(You) are underachieving.
>>
>>62278202
I don't know what to tell you. I applied for a billion 1L summer positions and even got a lot of interviews but none of them panned out. It would have been nice to get something more prestigious looking but I'm just glad I finally got something lined up. i have heard also that as long as you do do something legal related 1L summer then firms don't really care what it was, is that not true?

I'm not actually aiming for Big Law or anything, I'm mostly interested in environmental and real estate law and potentially being a prosecutor. I dunno I've only taken the basic classes and it feels weird this expectation to know for certain what you want to do before you've learned anything about the field.
>>
>>62278255
I appreciate your sincerity, and I will stop frogposting.

Forget about prestige. Focus on what will get you paid. I encourage you to network with local boutique and midsize firms. These days, Big Law internships are reserved for black lesbians (unironically). You’re doing fine.

Godspeed.
>>
>>62278315
>Forget about prestige. Focus on what will get you paid
I am getting paid for the RA job though.
>I encourage you to network with local boutique and midsize firms
This might be self-evident as a 4chan poster but I absolutely hate networking, really suck at it, and would like to avoid it as much as possible. Is it really that essential to getting a good job? Do I just have to force myself to do it? I heard the 2L summer hiring process was supposed to be way chiller and less insane.

And thanks for your advice by the way!
>>
>>62278366
Networking is somewhat required for any career path unfortunately. My condolences anon
