SpaceX has a total addressable market almost the size of the US GDP. Why aren't you investing in their IPO?
>>
>>62273487
If AI ends up being a nothing burger, then SpaceX is little more than a flashy telecommunications company.
Everyone in the world is betting the farm on AI too, what happens if a different company achieves AGI before SpaceX?
>>
People still don't understand what printing money does to an economy.
>>
>>62273487
>SpaceX
>Space
the name of the fucking company is 0.1% of its TAM golly gee maybe they should call it AIX?
>>
>>62273487
Space is bigger than America so the profits are infinite
Elon really knows how to win
>>
I'll probably give em a hundred bucks, see how it goes.
>>
Everyone holding a broad index fund, which is pretty much every American with a retirement account, will be inadvertently investing in this IPO. We will all be Elong Muk's exit liquidity. I can't wait to support a company that loses $5 billion/year.
>>
>>62273604
Can't you just sell your index fund and then buy it later once the stock has dropped 90%?

IDK about space, but I'm bullish on tesla and U.S. stocks. I still think rockets are a scam and they already have UFO's that are capable of long distance space travel.

By 2030 solid state battery electric cars will be here in full force in tesla for consumers, making ev's and they'll be exceptional deals, 300K miles with barely any wear compared to a gas engine car. Incredibly efficient compared to gas cars and last longer.

Agentic AI will be in cars, self driving will be good by then.

"SpaceX estimates it's own TAM by making up a bunch of bullshit"
>>
>>62273511
Its not, according to muricans.
>>
>>62273749
Well, it’s not any bigger than Texas.
That’s why they have to launch the rockets from Texas.
>>
>>62273487
SpaceX TAM eternally va US GDP In one year.
>>
>>62274498
TAM is measured in annual revenue
>>
>>62273487
Maybe if he was mining asteroids for precious metals, but this is ridiculous
Twitter is not worth that much money
Grok isn't worth that much money
This is a scam
>>
>>62275036
Asteroid mining is the kind of thing that sounds like a good idea, until you think about the practicalities of running mining equipment and refining plants in microgravity, the delta-v requirements of bringing the stuff home, and the likely lack of any easily accessible ices that could be turned into rocket propellant on any asteroid that orbits anywhere near the sun
>>
>Why aren't you investing in their IPO?
There aren't enough shares for plebs like me to short.
Same reason I sat in the cuck chair as people in my discord made six figures on CBRS shorts. No volume for plebbies.
>>
I am going to put $500 into SpaceX and then hopefully one day long after I am dead my money will make it to the moons of Saturn
>>
>>62275111
It will moke likely crash into Uranus after the IPO
>>
>>62273487
>IPO
Point me to an IPO that wasn't a bag-holder hand-off from private equity and didn't immediately lose large chunks of its value after the first day.
>>
>>62273611
The problem isn't losing money; it's tens of millions if not more basically being forced to have a stake in what's going to be a shit show of an IPO. Most people won't even know that this is happening.

There are also a lot of people with target date retirement funds and reallocating their portfolio, while doable, isn't something that they should have to worry about because Nasdaq changed the rules to allow mega-caps to enter the Nasdaq-100 after 15 days following the IPO. The same thing is going to happen with Scam Altman-Bankman-Fried's OpenAI when that goes public.

By definition these would not be UFOs then since UFO stands for unidentified flight object.
>>
>>62273487
It's a scam. I read it's IPO. Unaudited financials. Absolute disaster. There are dog coins with better fundementals
>>
>>62275335
Pension funds won't even touch software at the moment let alone this shitshow. reddit has this deep need to give Elon their money no matter what but as a stock it is hot garbage.
>>
>>62275195
Mixue (2097.HK) had a three-month long +100% bull run just after its IPO last year, but now it’s down of course

I don’t think Google/Alphabet ever went back to its IPO level once
>>
>>62276797
>Unaudited financials.

>>
>>62273501
AGI will literally never be achieved lmao
>>
>>62273501
Its gonna be a nothing burger then the government says "whoops we need to bail you out, seize the data centers, oh how convienient you have exactly the hardware we need to run a surveillance state that puts china to shame"
>>
>>62273487
What's the upside when the IPO is at the peak valuation?
>>
>>62273615
I love EVs, but boy do they need to get their rusting problems under control.
>>
You know it's a bubble when a rocket company estimates that their rocket operations is only 1% of the value of their business
