>40% of gen Z use “buy now pay later” once a week. >40% have made a late payment in the past 12 months.
I feel like it's smart because it's basically free money. I'm sure there's some sort of semetic trick going on where they intend to capture payment processing marketshare and then bankrupt us goyim though.
it says "pay later", so they pay late duh
Almost everybody takes a loan at one point or another and im sure many miss a payment here or there (not me though)
>>62281365How is it free, you're just deferring payment or splitting it up into portions aren't you?
How do I invest in scamming these dummies?
>>62281352>16/100 people makes late payments >15.2% of America is blackLMFAO
>>62281352> gen Z> economic relevancepick one
>>62281352source?
>>62281352I'm Gen Z but I'm not a consumer at all. I only use my paychecks to buy options until I get rich.
>>62281365It's called the "they sell you your data" trick
>>62281414You borrow money to buy shit you need at 0% interest and invest the money instead in something with +0% interest. It's not a lot but literally free money
>>62281556Wait this is kino then, what's the limit on how much? I could literally just put it in a HYSA or short term bonds and use the principal to pay it off over time whenever payments are due, right?
>>62281578Exactly yes. Limit is however much interest free credit the pay as you go company will extend you. Keep it liquidish to pay down investments.
>>62281352There's a gen Z'er at work that door dashes 5 days a week for lunch. The kicker is she can eat for free at the uni cafeteria but that's on the other side of campus, a mere trek of a 5 minute walk
>>62281352They're doom spending. They know they're fucked either way so they're using debt to comfymaxx for as long as they can
>>62281491hello? anyone? or we're just going to keep jerking off to powerfantasies again?
>>62281850It was said on bloomberg today. And from now on, they said these buy now pay later companies will report data to credit bureau. Also, asking for “muh source” doesn’t actually make you sound smart.
>>62281491Honestly, even I don’t know how everyone is doing so poorly and literally each day, more news comes out telling me new things about how bad everyone is doing. It is hilarious.
>>62281865>asking for “muh source” doesn’t actually make you sound smartyou're the niggercattle Saint Terry was talking about
>>62282001You’re not smart
>>62282031Consider sometimes that a person asking you to back up what the fuck you spout isn't trying to sound smart but wants to know where the hell you're getting that info from.
I use buy now pay later on shit I buy on ebay with my credit cards because I'll usually find some gift card from doing online surveys, or sell half the shit I buy to recoup costs and use that to pay off the rest of it, in order to space out how long it takes me to pay it off.
>>62281365The trick is they want you to have a bunch of them going for long enough you're forced to pay them interest. Only do the 0% APR and only have a few at once so you can pay them off easily.
>>62282623Smart
