>visit any normie social media
>Full of people spending too much money on stupid consumerist shit, hundreds on dinner, and travelling to different countries every week
>If they even hear the word "save" the always go "omggg why would I want to do that I want to live my life what if I die tomorrow???"
Yea I don't think there's some crisis of essential goods being too expensive I think normgroids just don't know how to spend money
>>
they think eating a peanut butter sandwich twice a week to save money is literal peasant tier oppression.
>>
Trvv. """They"""" constantly push the "everything is impossible to afford" blackpill so impressionable young people give up before even trying. I hear people honestly saying that it's impossible to afford housing with two incomes. Like...nigga did you even try?

Ok tramp!

Its because credit card debt is so easily accessible by normies. Having $10k in credit card debt from going on vacation to flex is completely rational in their mind. Try to say to one that you dont have a car payment and their goy consumer mind will start breaking down.

The affordability crisis is really just housing, car centricity and healthcare, but since they cost so much everything just seems expensive when in reality those prices are actually kept artificially low through substidies, cheap and unethical labor and environmental harm.

If you actually want "escape", you need to do something like sell your car, live with your parents/roommates or maybe just move in general. So basically not going to ihop once a week isn't going to uncook your math. Just make you a little bit more miserable and have an extra 100 in stocks.

agreed. there was meant to be a cost of living crisis, yet all i saw was people my age holidaying every second, then complaining about not being able to get a house
