France has seen an explosion in crypto kidnapping. This explosion came after the state demanded citizens to declare their "self hosted" wallets and their balances. There also was a data leak from some kind of private investment company after a hack.People with balances as low as 2 btc have been targetted and successfully forced to give up all their assets under threats. Some people living abroad have had their relatives kidnapped. How do you avoid this shit? all the regulations on crypto have been an absolute disaster, the only end goal is to steal your wealth via taxation and state control. This totally ruins the whole crypto thing. There is no point in holding large amounts of cryptos if it puts a target on your back and on your familly and you can't sleep well at night. Now many anons might think this is a french thing but eventually more leaks will happen and nobody will be safe. there will be lists with your name and address and all the purchase you did in the last years, even maybe your depo address that criminals will be able to track and see what most likely happened with your balance. One simple mitigation measure would be to use many exchanges, many adresses, as to make it appear you hold less, but this is also an annoying process that require strict management and doesn't guarantee additional leaks at the state level if they group all your trading infos. You should stop using any KYC, stop paying taxes on government that don't care at all about your safety, and go full down the crypto ecosystem giving up off ramps as much as you can.
Generic India hate thread disguised as something else.
>>62287731>FranceThat's what you get for living in Africa.
>>62287753while i can't disagree, the problem remains. if you think living in the usa or germany makes you safe from this issue you're delulu. Usa is known for its violent crime just wait til a list of easy 1 Mil++ robberies on individual citizens start going around and see what happens
>>62287759>if you think living in the usa or germany makes you safe from this issue you're delulu.well, those places are also shitholes, but they don't "demanded citizens to declare their "self hosted" wallets and their balances"kill retarded communists
>>62287753agreed, the french deserve 100% of what they get, they STILL advocate for communism and whine about the 'rich' not paying their share, even though the vast majority of their rich fled that shithole years ago.
>>62287731Dont live in 3rd world countries like france and obviously most kidnappings happen due to money flex not leaks
the leftists do this. The other half doesn't but get jewed constantly. anyway that's a stupid argument
>>62287753France voted for it, they deserve all they get and more.
>>62287850>>62287821>>62287831While your answers are completely selfish and retarded, i took a visit to rubic and rubic actually allows cross chain swaps between bitcoin and many others stables so that's one way you can do crypto to crypto trade without KYC, and sell high to rebuy lower without every retard gov agency being aware of it.I'm there are a lot of solutions out there.
>>62287731the gov home address leaks are the insane part of this coz you cant really prevent that without not reporting (which is kinda impossible if you ever want to spend a decent amount)only way to prevent i guess is having a holiday home and just pointing to that
>>62287821Database leaks happen all the time. Its just a matter of time before a KYC exchange gets breached and your info gets leaked
>>62287731>vidrelPoor wagie, it sucks that everything is filmed now. He can't forget this even if I bet he wants to.
>>62287731>This explosion came after the state demanded citizens to declare their "self hosted" wallets and their balancesAll by design
>>62287731>I have a lot of money in crypto/cash/gold>Omg why am I a target for robbery?! What did you expect, faggot? Life like this. It's the way it is
>>622877311. lie2. do not ever disclose your balance3. have 2 homes in case
>>62287931very forward thinking anon.Difference is with a bank account it's much more anonymous and you can't just get robbed in a wrench key attack.
>>62287892>KYC exchange retard. THE FUCKING STATE IS MAKING YOU DO IT
>>62287985>GOY IDKek has spoken.
>>62287759>easy robberiesNigga I will kill anyone who comes around trying to rob me. I am armed and insane.
>>62288136Yeah, imagine giving up your seed phrase to some angry African because it has a gun that it barely knows how to use.
>>62287731that video brought me so much joy, thank you.
>>62288560i couldnt imagine a stupider gimmick than a rollerblade setup in a high-end, indoor restaurant, where alot of soup, stew and curry-style foodstuffs are served. It makes sense in an outdoors setting like in america, where you're serving lightweight packaged food, and its probably more efficient overall to use rollerblades. But this is pajeet-tarded.
>>62289395Rollerblade service should only be done by red headed tomboys with short hair and freckles with a small chest, a bubble butt, and wide hips.
>>62288150>>62288136how about they kidnap your elderly parents or any other important relative and start cutting their fingers live if you don't give the seed? which is their new modus operandi and they did it in france to a guy who is living in dubai but his father lives here
>>622877311. Dont live in france1. Dont live in europe2. Have multiple dummy wallet and load it with small amounts of stables and some shitcoins3. Dont live in france
>>62289432Too bad here is your skinny gay jeet. Fuck you. t. Jew that doesn’t deal in the real world
>>62287742do not capitalize the word "india"
>>62289586>t. Jewwe smell it. choke on a baby dick.
>>62287731Lmao.
>>62289432>>62289590based takes>>62289484sounds like in that particular case, the guy was realllllly retarded and publicly shitposted his wealth on social media. If he lives in dubai, he doesn't need to declare shit as income retard.
>>62289923he was just running a crypto related business in dubai. I'm telling you it's a matter of time before this happens more or less everywhere where death penatly isn't the norm for this shit
>>62289923you think it's still a matter of bragging, we are well past that point. Criminals gangs have lists of people and their assets either from hacks, or government officials selling those infos. they hire street level retards thugs to do the job from another country. Somehow the criminals found out he was the ceo of some business in dubai, probably not very hard to find.
>>62289932so then it had nothing to do with Franceistan's laws, and it was just a case of an exposed person getting exploited.Police need to do alot more to curb organised crime, but Anarcho-tyranny is the order of the day in the west, commies are just plain evil.
>>62287731>own firearms>shoot home invadersgee that wasn't so hard now was it?
>>62287731>declare their "self hosted" wallets and their balancesThere's the problem. Never declare shit and go through monero or other privacy coins to protect your privacy.
>>62287731this doesn't happen where I live because we often execute criminals while they're engaged in the crime.
>>62287731If you live as a rich man in a poor society, you are a target. If you live as middle class in a middle class society, your community can protect you. This was discovered during Americans golden age, and has now been forgotten.I look forward to the horrors of war visiting the small minded selfish cunts who currently run the world.
>>62287731wrench attacks only work if you fear death. can't find my crypto if i'm dead fags
>>62287731>France has seen an explosion in crypto kidnapping. This data is incorrect. First, france didn't pass the law that demands the citizens to declare their self hosted wallet. France planned to pass this law, but the recent increase in crypto related kidnappings made France reconsider passing this law. About the fiscal data leak in france, it was a leak from the fiscal software "Mira", which contains data from french tax payers. A public servant in the tax administration named (false name) "Ghalia C.", consulted information from the "Mira" database, without authorization, and sold this tax information (assets, physical adress) to criminal networks, who then used this information to locate and attack people with crypto.
>>62292465the declarations has been retracted, but it was passed and many fools did declare. And people near me, in a middle class area next to a big city have been victim of home jacking with a balance less than 2btc.Not exactly sure where you're trying to go there?
>>62287731The only real solution is multisigs in different bank vaults. It creates friction between you and the funds. And it put the defense of the funds on the bank.
>>62289432Holy based, unfortunately this doesn't exist
>>62292476>Not exactly sure where you're trying to go there? The recent attacks in france are still a continuity, caused, by the Ghalia C. leak. That is the database the criminals networks are still taking their informations from. So the problem is not the declaration obligation per se, but the fact that the french fiscal administration is currently not competent to manage sensitive information. Obviously the declaration obligation put more risk on the crypto holders, especially if the fiscal data is not secured in france, others leaks could happen. This would probably have not happened in america, as their sensitive digital data is actually secured. And if a leak happen, you can be sure that they will find the person responsible.
>>62292476>Not exactly sure where you're trying to go there? The fiscal data in france is not safe. Solutions have to be found. Obligation of declaration wouldn't be a problem of security (but still it would be a problem of pricacy) if data protection would be rock solid. But it's not, it's the opposite. Their incompetence is putting people at risk. Multisig, in different bank vaults. And the hardware wallet in the bank vaults too. The sooner it's done, the sooner this crypto kidnapping will diminish.
It's the Winklevoss security standard since many years. And it works.
Hardware wallet protected with a passphrase (25th word), just in case the bank employees have some ideas. And obviously a PIN.
>>62287731Here in america we have this thing called the AR-15
