It's a cafe and you go in and enjoy the atmosphere and study and socialise or whatever but the punchline is that you don't pay for a single drink, you pay for a drink buffet that includes cheap refreshments like biscuits, maybe even sandwiches, etc. I could also sell memberships and so on.
