I have 46 BTC. They used to be the dominant asset in my portfolio, but now I feel like they're a time bomb. Should I sell?

>Should I sell?
you can invest into my project if you would like.

1) platform like Steam, but you forever own your game (not a revokable licence), and much more perks/social for gamers. you can resell used game (but keeping it = more perks). On blockchain. (not a shitcoin, just mechanism to note ownership).

2) a game about hacking but actually realistic

sounds interesting?

0) level: get in on the ground floor (tm) - frens, anons, family, (((you))) possibly
1) level: small incubators (100-300$ k USD), small reserach grants if any. (using part of profit to pay up level 0 investors)
2) level: bigger investors, possibly IPO
3) focusing on profits from the end users.

Sell 20btc for the US30Y. That would balance it out perfectly.

We already discussed this in another thread, but the problem of your project is that you’re competing against billion-dollar companies with decades of existence, but you have almost no capital, no experience (?), no moat (blockchain ownership to resell games is not something *both* players and devs really desire), no existing customers and no network effect (the good developers won’t be selling here in the beginning, so it won’t take off).

Check how Garena did to become a major platform with a solid moat right away.

>1oz .999 Copper Coin
Thats as real as bitcoin will ever be, by the way, 1oz of copper is currently €0.36, Thats what a real bitcoin is actually worth.

>you’re competing against billion-dollar companies with decades of existence,
that's ok for me

>but you have almost no capital,
can do the programming work myself. marketing comes later, that's mainly for the first investors and next level of investor (but I believe in word of mouth as well)
>no experience (?)
programming/blockchain

>same no moat (blockchain ownership to resell games is not something *both* players and devs really desire),

it's for gamers who want real ownership of games, and game developers (indie) who are ok with providing that instead of predatory practices like EA and many others
not every game studio will want that, but that's fine

I was thinking of the problem - of game devels being "scared" of their game being re-sold.
1) this "problem" is not that big. yard sales were always possible in good old times of game CDs, and never caused some large issue for game developers. piracy alone caused far more
2) first person - buying it "brand new" will get extra perks;
3) you lose many perks when you sell the game - first of: you can no longer [legally] play it; you also don't receive updates. leaderboards, achievements, badges

other perks, for curren-owners include community (more open to current-owners) and various other "social" aspects. they do matter do some part of gamers.

Sell and buy Chainlink.

You have to be a retard to keep BTC when LINK is at 8.8

If you want to self-annihilate feel free, but your chance of success is so low it requires scientific notation to express, so I'm gonna pass.

>>62302997
pretty sure there are a lot of developers who want to give full rights to gamers
we will see

>>
>>62296205
does it matter? if you can afford to have 46 BTC sitting around doing nothing then you are already wealthy enough to not need the BTC itself.

>But I already get full rights when I pirate the game
good for you, how ever millions of gamers go the other route.

you don't get the perks either. there are several reasons for choosing legal renting/ownership or otherwise patronage of game.
