Pink hydrogen. They set up green hydrogren infrastructure but green energy does not power hydrogen production efficiently so they will use nuclear power to produce hydrogen. Hydrogen is already in ships, forklifts in amazon factories, toyota and japanese industry, large scale government infrastructure is centred around green hydrogen by 2030 but the solar and wind isnt cutting it. Hook up a portable nuclear reactor to the hydrogren production and really ramp things up. The transporting, above ground storage and compressed hydrogen is all a distraction, storage is underground in huge natural salt caverns and vehicles need to produce hydrogen on demand so there is no risk of catastrophic explosion in accidents.
