What's up with the real estate market in Texas? It seems it's either hit a local bottom or will slowly trickle down.

Blompf says he wants to keep home prices up but we know he has flipped on things before. Is he waiting until midterms with these promises before letting the market rot more or is he going to print a ton of stimulus?

It seems Warsh had made a remark about keeping rates up if I'm not mistaken.

I've seen it crash here in Texas 25% from peak in historically strong markets. I'm wondering if in the next few years it'll continue this trajectory or climb back up.
