The mentally retarded boomers that live in my small shitty town in Nebraska are having meltdowns on Facebook because they’re getting letters in the mail about their property taxes going up. Sales prices of homes have gone up dramatically (100%+) in the last five years in our area but the assessed value of the houses barely budged. We are a high property tax state, these boomtards are losing their mind at high house prices now. Finally they’ll actually have to pay up for once.
Next they'll try to sell and will find out the real value of their house is 40% less than their zestimate.
