It feels so artificial.

it's amazing how people create these fantasies in their heads about how someone got their money over a screen
let me tell you something you won't hear on your favorite plebbit trannoid board, from personal experience because i come from the bottom too, nobody gives a fuck how you made your money.
as soon as you start measurably outpacing normies around you, they will start despising you.
normies will treat people like us and generational wealth havers the same, simply out of jealousy. they don't care about our sob stories, how hard we had to work, how long it took for us to make it, all they see is "oh big man in a fancy car eating fancy foods thinks hes better than us, probably got it from his daddy"
dog eat dog, leave that plebbit mindset behind, they will eat you alive as soon as you pass them

AMD is barely into AI compared to Nvidia yet it's dumping much harder in comparison
>>

Anyway, Broadcom didn't live up to expectations which seems to set the whole thing off. As well as talk of Fed rate hike.
>>
>>62324706

I'm much more diversified than just chips. Memory is only 5% of my portfolio, and I just have Micron, Samsung, and Sandisk, and not all the other trash in DRAM. A lot of people in memory are going to lose a lot of money when the shortage is stemmed. Oversupply is going to come back with a vengeance, and wipe out a lot of people. It's not the same with logic chips, though, I expect that even logic will become commoditised as well in a few years, from the overbuilding
>>
>>62324774
OK Michael Burry

When demand for a commodity matures or goes down there is less incentive to invest and more to take profit from the run up. Shipping companies are a great examples of this, they can be making money hand over fist and will shoot up in price but will usually stop going up once demand shows signs of maturing even if their current and forward P/Es are in the low single digits and they’re paying out fat dividends. This is because everybody and their mother knows demand will come back down after it matures. As a commodity, CPUs, GPUs, and RAM face the same risk. Once demand matures there’s basically zero incentive to keep your money parked in the stock, even more so than shipping companies because tech stocks don’t pay out dividends.

It's impossible to know exact numbers yet but the combination of accessibility with apps and virtually every normie being able to day trade just created a very large market for institutions to steal their money. This could be the undoing of the stock market as we know it.

>Global fund managers raised their allocation to equities by the most on record in May, driven by optimism over earnings growth and by the possibility of the Federal Reserve cutting rates, according to a Bank of America monthly survey published on Tuesday.
>The Bank of America survey, which polled 200 respondents with a combined $517 billion in assets under management, was conducted between May 8 and May 14.
>A net 50% of fund managers surveyed said they were overweight equities compared to 13% the previous month. Average cash levels are 3.9%, down from 4.3%.
>Just 4% said they saw a "hard landing", where economic growth and job creation suddenly contract, compared with 39%, who said they saw "no landing" at all.
Half of the hedge fund managers surveyed in early May expected a rate cut this year, the current jobs numbers just killed those expectations

The earnings are propped up by circular financing, NVDA has "invested" in nearly every neocloud so they in turn buy their chips, about 27% of their profit was from their equity holdings, 59% of Google's profits from their recent earnings is literally just Anthropic being revalued at a higher amount, their actual profits from AI are around 16% of their total profits, that's including the fact Google gives Anthropic BILLIONS so Anthropic buys Google compute and TPUs, meaning that figure is actually much lower, these companies have exhausted their free cash flow, have taken on debt and are now diluting their shares to raise more money

Fire your indian analysts, Michael. You can call it racist if you want, anybody who would turn out a crap chart like this is a retard.
"They're offloading the risk to a private insurance company that doesn't have to report anything and then selling the annuities to retirees"
Yes. That's what Annuities are for, funding insurance copmanies. There's nothing new about this and an insurance company with 73B on the books that you *can* see isn't doing 16x leverage to cover insurance on 6B worth of product.
And the indexed ones are sold with the caveat that while they'll pay more if the index is doing well, there is also a chance they'll pay out zero. That's in the paperwork.

TSLA is a dogshit company that's been overvalued for years(Talking about P/E, it has a trailing P/E of nearly 400 and forward P/E of 200) are you fucking retarded or what? Of course you are because you're invested in TSLA

This is how I know we'll never have another crash. The goyim know too much now. They would never allow us to 3x spy after a market crash. The next crash is the full transition to the beast system.

Cisco was also printing money and projected to earn a shitload of money in jan 2000, especially as it couldn't meet crazy hardware demand for infrastructure everywhere. I mean, why wouldn't it, the world was HUNGRY for it and would be hungry for at least a decade.
Just as a reminder.

It already went up massively after earnings you stupid nigger, do you think it's normal for a company to go up massively for weeks after their earnings? Do you not think the right price would be reached soon after their earnings? The stock is overvalued from retail retards putting money into DRAM
