Hedge funds are coiling liquidity from speculative assets mostly to MMF's coming from things like Crypto, Semi's etc. Quants are just cashing the waves and stealing off every peak. The outlook isn't good, Governments are outspending and raising treasury volumes competing globally and driving yields, consumer debt is high so MMF's are cashing on repos and commercial paper, t-buybacks won't happen because it won't help anything until OCR drops and that's not on the cards.TLDR; there's no liquidity to buy something like Crypto.
