What are the risks? Hold out long term?
If a company IPOs in the trillions there isnt much room to grow. For that reason, Im out...and also all the fuckery.
>>62331184Deepseek tells me I can buy in if I open a Fidelity account... I do think SpaceX is going to become a titan but like >>62331192 said... If the IPO is at two fucking trillion whats the best that would happen if my guess is right? 3x?Unless Elon is just like "nah inflation is priced in".
if you dont think it can grow, i think you lack imagination.we are moving towards a future where all data, even domestic internet, is satellite. and everything is in the cloud, stored in orbiting data centres.spacex is almost certainly going to be at the forefront of both of these.
>>62331184i will buy someinteresting thesis on satellite stocks in this vid. they are rent seeking limited orbital space.https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=o_YymZgh3bk&ra=m
before musky folded xai into spacex it was worth to buy, not anymore lol
Yup, I just wish I had enough money to buy 100 shares but too poor
>>62331192>>62331196It's not that much considering how much money has been printed. Look at large company valuations from the 70s compared to today, and the printing has been far more aggressive in the past 15 years than ever before.
>>62331951XAI is probably thw bit of the business generating the most revenue now its selling its compute to Google and Anthropic.Elon has one more financial sleight of habd card to play after this which is the SpaceX/Tesla merger. After that his companies will actually have to make money. I dont see that happening for 10 years though, so too risky for me.
>>62331184No im not low iq goyim. Have fun holding this trash down 90%, maybe ill scoop some of this trash down there.
>>62331971Aint bagholding that shit for another 2/3 rounds of easing. Airlines dont even make a profit being heavily subsidized. This shit is going to make spirit look like nvidia.
>>62331184Can I buy on coinbase?
I would only buy in after the date when insiders are allowed to sell their shares. their should be a massive sell off at that point since there are a lot of regular employees who will become overnight millionaires on paper who will want to cash out.
No, I am not getting dumped on by insiders and employees.
>>62331947They will litter space into mumbai /ganges ... and hit Wyte pypo with green taxes to foot the bill
I'll buy SpaceX, but later this year or next year.
>>62331184I think it's a long term hold, but not for the next 3 years.
>>62331184What are the chances it goes through the roof and there's never a chance for a poor to buy in?
>>62332643there is always a chance. bitcoin went through the roof multiple times and you can still buy it
All elon company are shell game scams. The products are good and would be good investments if they were just run like normal companies, but they basically just layer inveztmens from one company to make it look like another is making money:CiP: Tesla made $477 million, but $380 million of that was in tax credits, so it really made $100 million. Not bad, but that comes down to 38 cents a share.Anyway, if you have kids, maybe buy 100 shares for them, b c it won't turn profitable in your lifetime.
Never buy the IPO, always buy after the first crash the stock goes through (and it looks like it will pull through)>But anon, what if it never crashes? It literally always happens
>>62331184all this investment in mars is fucking retarded. we can use all these billions of dolalrs to improve life on earth....hell i would rather use it on ocean exploration at this pointi will not invest in this retared shit
>>62331184>billionaires buying as much as they're able to>guys with 5 figure bank accounts on 4chan: "yeeahh.. no thanks buddy">they would've been allocated like 2 shares at the most anywaykek
>>62331184It's way overvalued. I might buy it when it gets corrected downwards. It leads the growing space market (which is still in its infancy) and has some decent products like the Falcon 9 launch system and Starlink satellite internet. On the other hands their AI endeavors seems ill fated and the Starship has never been successfully flown so far. They have a head start and a slight technological advantage to the competitors, but there like three Chinese companies that are currently copying the Falcon 9 and other companies are building satellite internet constellations as well. It's not clear whether the company will maintain its position at the top of the pack.
AI shenanigans aside, the part that makes zero sense is that space exploration inherently breaks the existing supply and demand dynamic. You price a company as being worth trillions, quadrillions, or more for accessing space, what is it actually worth that value *of*? The commodity shiny rocks littering the asteroid belt? Inflated fiat currency? Made up internet tokens? Sunlight? Pokémon cards? It almost feels like the game breaks once things go interplanetary.
>>62332643>>62332643The rich will find a way for you to dca your money to them
>>62332054Yeah I think you can. Got my kraken locked down because some retard (((banker))) reversed the ACH now in purgatory and forced to use my goybase account
>>62331817How retarded do you have to be to think orbital data centers are the future lmfaoooo.
>>62333590How did that happen?
Are people itt talking about the actual IPO or the first day of trading? If the former you're only gonna get like 1 share.
>ITT: A bunch of goycattle willingly and knowingly walking into their slaughterKek i can't wait. Korea blowing up, CPI, and this IPO all happening at once.
>>62332643>>62332672It will be volatile because it's just 500 million shares at $135.The market cap will be pointless because only 4.5% of the company is for sale, for now. So you might as well see it appreciate a lot in the short term.
>>62331184Let's put aside the fact that most IPOs end up lower in 3 years, which is alone a good, rational reason to pass.P/E will be in the triple digits, and in all likelihood the correction started by the IPO itself or a recession marking another hype cycle ending will shrink SpaceX to a fairer price at 1/5.That's when I could buy it for the good launcher and Starlink business, but they're bundling xAI's CAPEX with it and above all, trying to scam shareholders wirh datacentres in space, and I tend to avoid scams at all costs. So no, not even with your money, Anon.
>>62331192>isn't much room for growthSpacex will be the first quadrillion dollar company. Elon Musk will be the first quadrillionaire. There is no escaping this.
>>62333791>The market cap will be pointlessyes anon, the price of the shares is pointlessthe revenue is pointlessthe 'profit' is pointlessthe promises are pointless>JUSThand over cash for your share of Elons Big Bag of New Shit Inc like a good unthinking goy.
