>I own a house and also have 120k saved in cash sitting in an offset account which saves me around $500 a month in interest
>have invested around 10k in etfs and got into investing as a long term retirement strat

my question:
How do I turn the 120k into more money? I have 600k left on my house and wouldn't mind making some more money to pay it off faster. I'm willing to pay more in interest if it means I will have no mortgage.

Thanks niggers.

Correction: the bank owns my house

stick to a broad market index fund. you could stick around and find some other investments that you find appealing but dont use more than 20% on those. sounds boring but it will save you a lot of pain

Just go all-in with a MSCI World ETF, I’d invest it progressively over the next months instead of all at once though
