I predict the "experts" will be "baffled" at how high it will be.

it will open high and then crash but maybe not on the first daymusk will be bankrupt within 2 years
Everybody believes it's going down. So it will probably go up up up.

>>62342326They already announced the opening price is set at $135.Whales have already accumulated at this price in preshares markets. So it will likely shoot up from there on day one. The preshares contracts means the whales have to hold for a period of 30 days or longer so this will likely hold the floor at $135 even if there's a dump after the initial buying frenzy
>>62344027>be me>poorfag>only 3k to buy the IPO with I'm going to set a market order and not look at my brokerage account for a month. I don't want to know how bad of an entry I got
If it goes insanely high, this would require everything else to dump when it gets in the nasdaq. This will be a huge opportunity to buy everything else. At that point, its another decade minimum before they make any profits and it should start bleeding. The only way this company survives is by getting government contracts and deepfaking a bunch of missions yielding nothing but pretty space pictures...ie the nasa playbook. They will destroy money attempting to actually execute their plans.

am I the only person who just doesn't care? I have never touched tsla, and I intend never to touch this either. Elon is a dishonest unreliable manchild and I don't really care what he does or gets up to. Also what is the conceivable upside here, 2-3x? At 3x it's the most valuable company on earth but with a revenue stream more befitting a company 1/100th its size. I just don't see the reward being worth the risk. And all I risk by NOT playing this retarded game is $0.I don't hate it, I don't hate elon, I'm not going to short it. I just don't give a fuck when there are more compelling narratives and investment theses than "the upside is infinity because our TAM is the entire universe"
>go to fidelity>under IPOs, select SPACEX 1>read all the required PDFs >indicate how many shares to buy at the pre-IPO price of $135>go back Thursday night same place to confirm>keep fingers crossed Friday that you are allocated some of the shares you asked for, which will be at the $135 price>profit
>>62344277im rolling a few shares just for the fun and spectacle of it, "I was there and got assraped too!" t-shirt opportunity
Disappointing that those cool Tesla robots are supposed to cost around $20,000. SpaceX is going to have to start mining asteroids to actually make their stock price justify such a high price.
>>62342764Impossiburu because this is just an overpriced but tiny % of SpaceX sold to idiots with retarded premises such as orbital data centres. There's an entire market of lower middle retards.
>>62344277I feel the same, I just stay away from companies that are based around hype and government contracts since you can't read anything into their outlook from normal market forces. If the regime gets friendly with Musk again it will pump, if he falls out of favor it will dump. Why would I invest based on that when I can invest based on fundamentals? But I find it equally cringey when people try to be activist-investors and take positions purely out of the libshit derangement towards Musk because he retweets race realist data on X. These sorts of people are just as stupid and irritating as the clowns thinking he's the saviour of humanity.
>>62344277Feeling the same as you Anon, people are rushing into this crap and I'm not sure what they are expecting. They gains can't be that insane nor are they guaranteed. There are other assets out there with less hype on which to profit equally as much.Maybe those dumbasses don't understand marketcap. They just follow the news like good cattle.
>>62344277>>62344631the whole thing from the retail allocation to the conditional deals like the one with Google just stinks of bag dumping so I'm staying away. That and I think it's too early. Betting on Elon is a real thing though, and those who have done it have been rewarded more than handsomely, it seems everything he touches turns into gold
So will there be options on day 1? I just want to gamble a bit on it and maybe swing trade
>>62344668>everything he touches turns into goldYeah DOGE is doing amazing
I'm more interested on how the other stocks will perform
>>62344873if you bought in 2020 and sold the top you would have done over 200xeven if you bagheld until now you would be at 33x I would know, I tried to open a binance account in 2020 just to buy dogecoin and flip it and those fuckers didn't accept my ID verification so I said whatever. Thanks for reminding me fucker.

I'll look, I actually don't know how they evaluate openings.
>>62344063i dont think you can do market orders for the ipo, just limit.
Yeah, so apparently we know what the IPO is opening for, bros. It's 135 a share. I don't know that they're getting that much cause off the number of shares they're raising, that's a lot of money. It's 555.5 million shares, that'd put space X as having taken in 1.7 trillion dollars. It's doable, yeah, but it depends on a lot of people retardedly investing the value of 50 years of economic growth in a satellite internet company that is obviously not worth the money. SpaceX is probably valued truly at 16 billion - 24 billion without those money sinks, based on their net revenue from starlink of 8 billion. Generally, the way it works is that you take the IPO's revenue and multiply it by 2 or 3. With it's other investments it's likely worth 24-36, cause they make 12 billion total. This is beyond dotcom bubble levels of retardation, lol. He hasn't even said what he's gonna do with the 1.7 trillion dollars. I'd get it if he was like "I'm the only one who can make FTL drives" but no, he's not. Anyone can do what he's doing for far less than what he put in, nobody wants to though, cause it'd probably make them more to invest elsewhere, and they don't want to be known as a dancing monkey who got all their money from hyping up his retardation as super genius stuff while high on drugs.
>>62345070Yes, that is exactly right, but the scope of this is so large, he wants 1/20th of all the product that the US is creating this year. 1/29th of everyone's created worth for AI and space ships, funded by starlink. It is absolutely absurd when you put it in perspective.
>>62345248it is 1/20th, typo. Any other time in history prior, and he would've probably been looked at like he's nuts even if he asked for what would've been relatively equivalent at the time. I don't know what glue this planet has been eating, but I do not like it.
Can someone give me a legit no bullshit QRD on thisI keep seeing news about it but am not really sure what to think
