Okay I learnt my lesson. I'm meant to invest into index funds right? What index is good, a divvy one?
>>62348350VOO 100% is the best option long-term but you'll get jack shit for dividends. try this combo. VOO/VTI - 80%SCHD or VYM - 10%some CC ETF like JEPI or GPIQ - 10%

you simply split your money 50% spend 50% save. 50% spend should include some place to live long term and be paid off by retirement. save you build cash reserves first, then when you have 6-12 months you do 60% sp500, 20% international and 20 high risk high reward like tech, even btc if you want to buy low.any sp500 is fine but it only gives exposure to ~65% of the market. the other 35% is inter-nation. if you want set it and forget it look at VTI (has international). it is very simple and very easy to break out of 6 figure hell, it just take 10 years of hard work, then you never have to do anything else again.
