Usually they want to see 3 years of profit from your business and even then you'll need perfect business credit score and a paid-off house to put up as additional collateral.business loans are among the hardest loans to get. They're essentially just a short-term mortgage on your house, and it better be paid off.

This will result in the child support payments going over the legal cap, because as a divorced parent you're not allowed to purposefully make less money to avoid child support.

His wife divorced him and his support was calculated from those 150k. A few months after, he lost his job. After some time he managed to land a job in a company I work at as some helper for around $20/h. He used to constantly complain about having nothing left from his paycheck. When I asked him why he doesn't go to the court for child support revision, he just said, "Nah, I wouldn't do that to 'em." That's it. Like yeah, I kind of respect the dedication, but man. He is 50+, living with his half-dead mother while paying a gargantuan amount of money to some whore who blows bbc in some flyover shithole.
