During certain days of the year I have to speak to jeets on a daily basis and I hate it. Pearson book company is especially egregious about this, they've hired no one but jeets. Not only do I have to go through a minute and a half of telephone prompts, after I do that I get a jeet who claims his name is Michael, John, Joey, or Smith, and they ask me the SAME EXACT QUESTIONS I just answered on the telephone prompts but it's worse cause they can't spell and I need to spell everything out for them and then they repeat it back to me with mnemonics - A as in apple, B as in brown, C as in cat etc - and then they act stupid and keep pestering you with more questions until they wear you down.
