>>62354160>Didn't understand that only being a wagecuck that provides nothing drives someone insane from lack of agencyOP proves himself to be severely microcephalic yet again
>>62354160Gen X in a nutshell
>>62354160His problem was being sleep deprived for a long time, it's worst feeling ever, you'll literally go insane from it.
>>62354168Being broke and replaced and sexless is worse, gen x sucks because their problem was "ahhhhhhhhh what do you mean I can't just be on drugs listening to heavy metal watching mtv forever ahhhhhhhhh".
>>62354182Sounds like a you problem retard>"WAAAHHHH why can't I be rich and have women hop on my deck for no effort?!"
>>62354160Nobody admits this, but the 90's were actually boring af.>>62354182Millennials had plenty of sex. Gen Z seems like the ones where they're either having zero sex, or they're having tons of ultra degenerate sex and filming themselves.
>>62354160I'm a Millenial. I left a stable job earning close to $200k and moved to SEA. I was bored out of my mind and no longer saw the value in working when my total net worth could swing more than my annual salary in several months.
>>62354160wasn't his job being the insurance jew who denied peoples claims? I thought that's what he hated about it, watching himself ruin the lives of people who paid him to save them
>>62354560he would have hated any job because he could only afford mdf furniture
>>62354171No. That is God.
>>62354160I hate how it's somehow society's fault he's sad and having "muh existential masculinity criss"Like bro.Just go hike a mountain.Just move out the countryJust go to a protest.Just talk to a stranger. Yes literally just say hello and begin a conversation. It's THAT simple.Just ride a bike.Just take a walk across the US.Just watch tv.Just go to church.Just watch literally any movie.Just go to the gym.Just go fish.Just go into a different field.Just back to school.Just go skate.Just go write a book.Just go do something with yourself.Just do ANYTHING but be a Cringecel Chudoid. It's not hard and quite Frankly this is just because you're entitled. Over people make less than 6 dollars a day and wageslave in far worse conditions.>No muh connection muh existential collapse muh depression muh muh muhGet some agency man. It's pathetic. You live in the most prosperous empire in history, but can't just enjoy drawing with crayons? That's a you problem. Fix your life. You're a grown man who hasn't figured out his own hobbies. No wonder no one wants to be around you. It's pathetic.Like lol what do you even want from us? Mandatory state funded girlfriends? To door dash you a bottle of existential happiness? And then you wonder why no woman wants to touch you with a ten foot pole. A real mystery.Such a loser. Also the writers were equally hacked for making this "le ambiguous mobi" when it so obviously isn't and he just wanting to cash checks on all sides. Have you noticed that every Cringecel movie does this too? Joker and the Matrix? It has to be as vague as possible so every pathetic loser can project and obviously stupid beliefs and victim complex on the film. It's such an easy way to shake down the low IQ and make them feel smart. Anyways, yeah. Slop film. Slop characters. Watch The Party's Just Beginning or I Saw the TV Glow if you want quality existential entertainment or just wait for my 2027 novel, "The Woman Who Ignited the World".
>>62354160It really did be like that.Popular culture in the entire 90s era was all about how happy, stable, non-niggerfied suburban family life was really horrible actually, and just a front for deeper perversions and violence.Just look at grunge, all suburban kids from happy families railing against their parents and larping as meth hobos.
>>62355063The movie cucked the book, give it a read
>>62354560Yeah, there’s some media illiteracy going on here
>>62355063Updooted
>>62355064And the campaign worked. Now the current campaign is running, outcomes are quite predictable.
Gen X weren't content with being boomer lite so burned it to the ground as some sort of cool rebellion but just aided in boomers pulling the ladder up even quicker.
>>62355595Burned what to the ground? All the long term trends that started before they were born continued through their lives. The extremely degenerate hippie movement started before they were born. Feminism, degeneracy, inflation and mass immigration already existed in the 80s.Working in the west has been a depressing pointless struggle for decades.
>>62354479>Millennials had plenty of sexwe didn't you diaper shitting boomer, the decline that voting rights, 3rd wave feminism and free abortion with no social prejudice brought on single men were snowballing towards the end of 00s and reached max velocity in mid 2010s when most of us basedlennials were supposed to be in in our prime sexual years. instead what we got were 20s hoes screaming #metoo for saying hi to a woman so most us checked out, leaving the now late 30s hags shit and piss themselves wine drunk
>>62355625>basedlennialsKek at the filter
>>62354160Things have gotten so bad that we're jealous of wage slaving now...
>>62354560Rejecting claims is the morally correct action. If they accepted all claims the company would go out of business and more people would suffer due to no insurance. If this bothered him it only reveals him to be low iq and unable to process 2nd and 3rd order effects
>>62355670that's what happens when shit always gets worse in everyway in a straight line downwardany previous point is better
>>62355804But if their claims are getting rejected anyway wouldn’t not having insurance be a net positive for them?
>>62355926Yes, that's why insurance is mandatory
>>62354160I say this
>>62355064The hustle and bustle of a modern multicultural city with diverse food and public transport is far better than a needlessly big suburban house with multiple cars and pets in a quiet secluded neighborhood in a gated community.
>>62355063>Just go into a different field.
>>62354160So he hallucinated himself in a frozen cave talking to a penguin that turned into Helena Bonham Carter and it fucked up his whole life. That's the story, right?
Sometimes life just wears on you, ya know?
>>62355063My theory is that the younger generations don't have enough active hobbies to keep them occupied. My friend was describing his wife as a workaholic who phone scrolls on the weekend as a hobby. He looked perplexed when I tried to explain to him that doomscrolling is not a hobby and that his wife is bored and depressed because she has nothing to do. Find a hobby. Get at least three. Be active in them. Because if you just work and veg out, life will be miserable.
>>62354479>Nobody admits this, but the 90's were actually boring af.Yes this. Things started to get fun for a lonely only child geek when the first online games and the internet arrived.
>>62354168>completely ignores the boomers who literally can't cope with retirementSeriously anon? A job that pays me a ton and then I can do my own thing outside work? That's a sweet deal compared to today.>come to the office now for 9 hours (lunch included because lol you're forced to come back anyways)!>come to this mandatory unpaid potluck after work!>be nice to Stacey who just backstabbed you five times or else!>do all this stuff for $40k a year when the guy from 30 years ago did the same job but with 1/5 the responsibilities and the exact same pay
>>62354160Yes, they're very big complainers, although older gen X are not nearly as big of a bunch of bitches as the younger gen X and the older millenials
>>62354160Have you never heard of pic rel?Humans are only happy when they get all the levels on the pyramid. Even during the peak 90s era that is now seen by zoomers as the last golden years, most people only got up to the Love level at best, with very few reaching the Esteem level and extremely few reaching the Self Actualization level, as the modern way of life and how modern jobs work make Self Actualization nearly impossible to reach. The thing that has changed since is that now a lot of people are having trouble even with the lowest steps of the pyramid and barely anyone is reaching Esteem, let alone Self Actualization, so it is hard to feel empathy for people that were struggling to get the higher levels, even though both of you are/were unhappy. Gen X were closer to getting a full human existance than the current gens, but they were still victims of a world that is increasingly more hostile and alien to the sort of lifestyles humans evolved doing and appreciating.
>>62360987Who has ever been able to self actualize besides the elite/wealthy?
>>62361097I think something like an artisan living a simpler life at a town back in pre-industrial times would have probably been able to get the entire pyramid. In general, I think industrialization nuked from Esteem and upwards when it forced people into cities where it's much harder to feel valued as an individual than at a small town/village where there's few people who can do each thing and who have certain personality traits, etc. In villages/towns, you knew who buit your house, who raised and butchered the animals you eat, who grew the produce, who taught your kids at school, etc. At a city you have no clue who does anything and you don't feel like any work you do contributes to a community, but to a corporation. Before moving to the big city I live at right now, I was from a small town of a few thousand people, and a lot of people would be refered to as something like "Dave the plumber" instead of "Dave Johnson" or whatever because there was litterally only 1 plumber called Dave and everyone knew who it was, as he was one of the 3 or 4 plumbers that serviced the entire town. Here, my neighbours don't even know my name, let alone my proffession lol. Makes it feel like you could dissappear from this place tomorrow and no one would notice, and it is probably true. I feel the creation of the industrial city is the moment when modern human life really started diverging from the sort of lives we lived for thousands of years.
>>62355625Uhhh.... okay... I guess just I did then. Which is weird, because I'm like half autismo. The turbo feminism woke shit didn't really kick up until the mid 2010's, and even then, it was mostly amongst ugly anti-social types. It didn't go into full swing until like 2020.If you weren't getting laid often in at least the early 2010's, that's a skill issue. The early years of the dating apps were basically everybody gets laid.>>62360627Yes. For geeks/nerds especially. If you had overbearing parents/sheltered childhood in the 90's, it probably did a number on your psyche; and hugs, bro. Mine were overbearing, but I at least had brothers and a couple of kids near my age in the neighborhood. But yeah, the internet was boring in the 90's. Games were just starting to be online at the tail end of it. There was no youtube. No social media. Images were like 20 seconds to download. Maybe IRC was cool if you were 30 with fringe politics, but for a 10-15 year old, the internet was something you used to do school reports. It got more interesting in the 2000's, but still wasn't in full "I can sit online all day" level until around 2010. If you were stuck at home alone, you basically watched garbage on TV or shuffled through your MTG collection over and over.
>>62360987Weirdly enough, it feels like the higher levels of that were probably harder to achieve in the 90's or 2000's.In the 2010's, things were looking shaky depending on your social safety net, but people had access to the basics of each level.Today, the bottom three are pretty fucking difficult to maintain. but the top is something everyone has access to.
>>62360248>i am a fucking loser, take my advice
>>62362325Unironically better than advice from winners who are full of survivorship bias>how I made my first million? I sat on bitcoin from 2013 to 2021
>>62362435>how I made my first million? I sat on bitcoin from 2013 to 2021It's good advice though. How far ahead can you see the future? Train precognition and you will succeed at life.
>>62354560He was a statistician. He just made reports on insurance stats so they could adjust rates accordingly
>>62354160the entire movie was satire about how male ideals of society and masculinity destroy the men that hold them.the author was making fun of 4chan chuds and you guys are too stupid to get the joke.
>>62354937>No. That is God.LMAO....FAG!
>>62354177why didnt he just sleep?
>>62354160It's 2026, let's remove stable from that post anon
We have repeated this pattern over six times and have become increasingly efficient at it.
>>62362457>the author was making fun of 4chan chuds and you guys are too stupid to get the joke.4chan created in 2000's book written in 90'skys
>>62355625I did have plenty of sex at university, before dating apps became mainstream
>>62355063hell yeah. no blackpills allowed, no fear.pick up a guitar or synth, build a rifle and train with it, get a cheap used dslr and photograph some wildlife. So many options, but most of the people on this website don't know there's a whole world outside of computers, anime, and video games. All three of which I still enjoy, but a lot of anons need a fucken hobby.
>>62360278i had a boss that said his favorite “show” was scrolling, and that’s all he watches now. He’s like 40 with 3 kids he ignores lol
>>62361282> an artisanThere used to be a lot more of those around. I think the few people who can live off the things they personally create can achieve this as well. One of the cool things about social media that a lot of people kind of neglect is that it has made it possible for people to advertise their crafts globally. >>62362231I know what you mean, that’s the downside of social media. People can more easily get an artificial version of the top sections, feeling like they have the real respect of thousands of people because they’ve got likes on a post. But they have nothing in their real life
>>62362617The 4chan chud archetype has been around since before the internet though
>>62363043Trvke or whateverDeveloping a skill even without the fish of monetizing it can be so rewarding
>>62362215>If you weren't getting laid often in at least the early 2010's, that's a skill issue. The early years of the dating apps were basically everybody gets laid. This is true.>>62362466Because he was GenX and his life was so easy he couldn't even get tired.
>>62354194All I wanted was a dope ass deck for bitches to be hoppin on all day. >tfw you’ll never be a deckbro
>>62355063Didn’t watch the movie award
