I want to resign from my current soul crushing, body breaking, slightly below poverty line pay, bottom runk of IT hierarchy job so badly but because I believe it's going to be hard finding new job after I resigned I stay. I want to level up my skills with bunch of certificates but I can't take those tests when I have to work from office for *at least* 12/6.

wild how many people are in this situation.. my last job was shit gutter tier IT too, with no advancement, with no paid holidays (just pto that accrued slow as fuck)

and i got paid 20/hr and it was third shift
