That's when ZIRP/QE stopped being used primarily on the real economy and instead was used to prop up retarded finance schemes that have grown to the point where they are too big to fail and need to keep getting money funneled into to not implode and bring the entire financial system down with them. It's gotten to a similar state to how finance was right before 2008 (only that back then the industry had reached that critical point through the housing bubble, retarded new exotic asset classes, etc instead), but now the government knows what will happen and is actively pumping money in before it collapses instead of after. Whether that just leads to an inevitable even larger collapse is something only time will tell.
