Remember the classic Wall Street rule: "When the shoeshine boy gives you stock tips, it's time to sell."Fast forward to today, June 12, 2026.SpaceX goes public (ticker: SPCX) as the largest IPO in human history. The absolute pinnacle of "shoeshine boy" indicators unfolds before our eyes.

Look at the massive retail mania.Brokers are literally bending over backward to push high-risk equity onto everyday people.

Fidelity casually drops its early SpaceX asset requirement by 99.996%.Went from a $500,000 balance requirement down to a measly $2,000 just so anyone can buy in.

Everyday normies who have never read a balance sheet are getting allocations.SpaceX targets a massive 20% to 30% retail allocation just to feed the public frenzy.
>>
Look at the underlying financial reality. The stock prices in pure unadulterated "Musk premium" while totally ignoring the numbers.

Priced at $135 a share, meaning investors paid 94 times trailing revenue. The company has an accumulated deficit of $41.3 billion.Lost $4.9 billion net last year alone.

The $2+ trillion valuation literally assumes a 75-fold earnings growth by 2035.

Valuation relies on unproven sci-fi assumptions like building AI data centers in outer space.

they're spending worthless dollars and they know it.

$135 per share? That's how much I make per employee per hour doing nothing. That's the value of an hour's work in dollars in the US

basically worthless dollars.

peak euphoria.Retail hype pumps the stock up 19% on day one to close at $160.95. Elon becomes the world's first trillionaire

SpaceX immediately starts selling merch reading "The future is public" at the listing. nasdaq rules mean it will be fast-tracked into the Nasdaq-100 in just 15 trading days.

Passive retirement funds and normie index accounts will be forced to buy it automatically.

it's a financial bubble beyond humanity's collective compre-fucking-hension

The shoeshine boy has been telling me that capitalism is evil and SpaceX was going to destroy the stock market the last 2 weeks. I inversed him, naturally and am quite content with my IPO shares.

I don't disagree with this but even current Tesla valuation proves that the markets are completely irrational and detached from reality in many cases and that can persist for YEARS. These are the same people buying dogcoins, it's the same mentality. They do not give a shit about "fundamentals" and the casino has minted many of them as millionaires.

That's the point you cannot. It's a fucking torus.

oh great, the TeslaQ faggots are back

Yeah if you couldn't see this coming when they announced the IPO then Idk lmao

here's another wall street rule:
>never bet against Musk
Literally everything Musk has ever touched in his entire life turned into gold
You're gonna miss out

unfortunately this
it's hard to win and time against someone who is willing to run full-force head-first against the wall

Teslas had (minor?) quality control issues for years and yet here we are

SpaceX is literally and metaphorically going to the moon. Btw I'm buying none of it.

As long as there are at least 2m people like this, SPCX and TSLA will have market caps over a trillion

>>62361335
It's a good thing the S&P 500 decided not to fast track it since way more people are invested in that

My sister was excited about NVDA in april 2024. We're in a new paradigm, the truth is we just dont know where the top is.

SpaceX literally played no role in Artemis 2, and because it's lander seems to be behind the Blue Origin lander it may very well be out of the Artemis program entirely.

its probably out, but NASA is overbudget on their lifter vehicle and they should stop building rockets. the glory days of NASA are long over. SLS is just another expensive fucking boondoggle. they are STILL throwing the fucking boosters away. its just a slush fund for contractors and a shiny thing your congressman can toss to his constituency. just like the Shuttle, except slightly less retarded. at least they figured out you dont need wings in space.
no one wants to use SLS because a falcon 9 is like 1/20th of the price. Starships super-heavy booster will be the super-heaviest launch vehicle that ever was, and obviously cheaper than SLS per pound and per launch.

I didn't even buy SPCX, but I didn't think it was a scam either. I just didn't care one way or the other.

>>62361316
The shoeshine boy example made sense back in the 1900s, because the only people that understood the stock market were bankers and academics that had access to libraries of financial information, access to extremely expensive trading equipment and spent 10 hours a day making phone calls to other businesses and banks, making trades, etc. The

It doesn't work today because 80% of the entire population of Earth has access to the internet. Anyone with a smartphone can educate themselves on economics and finance. We live in an era where it's entirely possible the "shoeshine boy" works his 9 - 5 job, then goes home and spends 4 hours educating himself on financial subjects. This is why you get "normies" outperforming popular YouTube economists and finance experts on a daily basis now.

I have my issues with Musk, but if we're being honest, he's the greatest ever and its not close

Ok, so I bought a little bit of SPCX (not an amount that's risky at all for me to buy) on the theory that it's too big to fail and will be propped up no matter what. Is my theory stupid or smart?
